Confident on a construction site, Michael Beshara comes from a background of operating and helping run a construction business. With a natural knack for management and leadership, it's no surprise Michael is now leading a team of experts as a Refresh Renovation Specialist in Sydney.
Alongside his skills and experience in construction and management, Michael also ran his own retail business for 11 years and has a Diploma in Computer Engineering. Some of Michael’s roles before joining Refresh also include General Manager and Business Development Manager.
During his time owning a retail business, his passion for transforming houses came to fruition when he completed his own home renovation - a huge inside and out project that included an extension, outdoor entertaining area, a new kitchen and more.
He now applies his skills in management, business strategies and negotiation into running his own building and renovation business.
